Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect from a practice, how it is stored, and who can see it. A full written privacy and data handling statement is provided before any information is sent to us.
Patient information
We never request patient-identifiable information, and none should ever be sent to us. Every report we ask for is aggregate or de-identified. If an export appears to contain patient detail, do not send it — tell us and we will revise the request.
What we collect
Business information supplied by the practice: financial statements, billings summaries, appointment counts, employment and leave summaries, lease and utility documents, supplier contracts, accreditation and policy records, insurance certificates and practitioner agreements. We also collect the contact details you give us through forms on this site.
Where it is stored
In Australia, on our systems, accessible only to the person preparing your report. It is not shared, not used to train anything, and not provided to any third party.
Confidentiality
Everything we receive is held in confidence under a written privacy and confidentiality agreement. We do not publish client information, and we would not publish yours.
Marketing and analytics
We do not add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone. This site uses basic analytics only and no cookie-based tracking beyond that.
Access, correction and contact
